Delivery conditions

Through the Prahir store, it is possible to purchase products exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, which implies delivery of the purchased products exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

The delivery of the purchased product is carried out by the PRAHIR company on a working day via the delivery service to the address indicated by the Customer when filling out the order, within the terms indicated under the Delivery Terms.

The PRAHIR company reserves the right to split an individual order into several shipments if the ordered items are in different warehouses or if some of the ordered items are not currently in stock. In the case of multiple deliveries from the same order, the Customer does not bear additional delivery/delivery costs (delivery is charged only once, regardless of the number of individually delivered items).

Delivery deadlines are calculated from the moment of acceptance of the order, and are determined in detail in the Terms of Delivery published on the website www.prahir.com. All relevant information on terms, costs, prices and method of product delivery are determined in more detail in the aforementioned Terms of Delivery.

If the delivery of the product is not carried out because the Buyer was not at the address at the time of delivery, the Buyer will be notified of the arrival of the shipment and will be able to collect the shipment within the storage period specified by the delivery service provider. If the shipment is not picked up within the specified period, it will be considered that the Customer has canceled the order. Any fees charged by the postal service provider in the event of failure to pick up the parcel during the first delivery (e.g. demurrage, cost of re-delivery) are not included in the delivery price.

Shipping prices

The PRAHIR company charges the Customer for the Product delivery service in accordance with the price list indicated in the Delivery Terms published on the website www.prahir.com. The delivery price includes product packaging for delivery purposes (protective packaging, etc.).

Delivery services

CROATIAN POST d.d.

Delivery time 1-3 working days throughout Croatia, delivery price €5.50. The price of delivery to the package machine of the Croatian Post is €2.60.

GLS

Delivery is valid only for Zone I. Delivery time 1-3 working days in Zone I, delivery price €5. The price of delivery to the GLS parcel machine is €1.7.
