PRIVACY RULES OF THE PRAHIR WEBSITE
This Privacy Policy of the PRAHIR website governs the collection of data from Visitors/Customers as respondents, the purpose of processing the collected personal data, the rights of the respondents whose personal data is collected and/or processed, and other information on data security. At the same time, the Privacy Policy constitutes a notice in the sense of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EU Parliament and the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: Regulation) and is an integral part of the General Terms of Use of the Prahir website.
Personal data collected on the Prahir website is processed by PRAHIR d.o.o. Velika Gorica, Zagrebačka 57, OIB: 94743829313 as the head of personal data processing.
PRAHIR undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the personal data of Customers and Visitors and to treat them in accordance with the Regulation and other valid regulations governing the protection of personal data.
Customers’ and Visitors’ personal data provided during the registration process are collected, processed and used for the purpose of implementing distance sales contracts through the Prahir store, including prior checking of the conditions for concluding the contract, as well as for the purpose of implementing the payment transaction. Personal data will also be processed for the purpose of preventing possible misuse, fraud, as well as for the purpose of informing Customers about news and offers within Prahir, all in accordance with the legitimate interest of the PRAHIR company.
Customers and Visitors are obliged to provide accurate, valid and complete personal data, especially when filling out the registration form, if they are registered. In case of violation of this obligation by the Customer or Visitor, the PRAHIR company has the right to deny access to such a user or to deny the performance of all or part of the services or products offered to them. In the case of consent to registration, it will be considered that the user has agreed to the terms of use of personal data provided for in these Privacy Rules and has given consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing the Distance Purchase Agreement. The processing of personal data for the purposes of the execution of the Agreement is a condition for the execution of the Distance Sales Agreement by the company PRAHIR, and in this sense it cannot be limited or revoked. In the case of withdrawal of consent by the Buyer or Visitor before the Distance Purchase Agreement is executed, it is considered terminated.
PRAHIR Company will not disclose or transfer personal data of Buyers and Visitors to third parties, except for the purpose of executing the Product purchase agreement (which refers to financial institutions for the purpose of payment, delivery and delivery of the ordered product, and persons authorized to maintain the IT system through which purchase transactions are carried out), to protect the interests of Customers, Visitors and the PRAHIR company and to prevent possible abuses. Personal data will also be submitted to competent authorities based on a request based on law.
By registering on the Prahir website, or by filling out a form with personal data for the purpose of concluding a distance sales contract, the Buyer or Visitor gives PRAHIR express consent to the processing of the entered personal data data for the purpose of executing the Distance Sales Agreement and data storage connected to the Customer’s user account for the purpose of executing any further orders. By concluding the Distance Purchase Agreement, the Buyer or Visitor confirms that he is aware of it and gives his consent to the forwarding of the same to a third party that participates in the execution of the Distance Purchase Agreement, for example a financial institution or a provider of postal (delivery) services.
According to the options offered in during the registration process, the Customer/Visitor can additionally give PRAHIR his express consent to the processing of personal data for further purposes, which are described in more detail in the consent itself. In addition to the above, the Customer and the Visitor can give their consent to the use of cookies for the purposes and in the manner described in the Cookies chapter of these Privacy Rules.
The Customer and the Visitor have the right at any time to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data for data storage and for other purposes for which the Customer or Visitor has given consent.
The PRAHIR company will keep personal data, collected for the purpose of executing the Agreement, processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, while the related documentation and data will be kept and stored in accordance with the regulations governing the issue of archiving archival material. Personal data collected during the creation of a user account on the Prahir website will be kept until the refusal of consent for their processing and storage.
The PRAHIR company takes measures to ensure adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage by applying appropriate technical and organizational measures.
